I am dissatisfied with this product as it doesnt eliminate odors. Although it has a citrus scent at first, I can still smell cat urine even after cleaning the area thoroughly and applying the spray multiple times. The odor persists.

This has a wonderful, fresh scent! It effectively eliminates urine odors and is simple to spray. I didn’t observe any discoloration on my carpet, and I’m really pleased with this product! I will repurchase if I encounter any stains, but it works wonderfully for pet messes!

The spray head is effective, offering a powerful squirt and a fine mist, along with two unnecessary STOP settings. It’s mostly unscented, with a hint of citrus, and effectively eliminates pet odors. If you need to clean a mess or freshen a dog bed, this product is worth trying.

Easy to use, the product has a pleasant scent and comes highly recommended by our veterinarian for its bio-enzymatic features. It somewhat reduced cat urine odor but didn’t fully eliminate it. We also did multiple carpet shampoos to boost its effectiveness, but ultimately, we found a more effective solution.

After moving into our new carpeted apartment, our puppies required retraining, resulting in several accidents. After searching for cleaning solutions, we found Active’s Odor & Stain Remover highly recommended. This product works wonders! Our light beige carpet hides mishaps, but the smell was evident. To ensure thorough cleaning, we used a UV light to identify lingering odors. We pretreated the carpet with Active for ten minutes and then used our steam cleaner, which completely removed the odor! The UV light showed that Active’s enzymes effectively broke down the stains. The smell disappeared, and our puppies stopped marking the same spot. We’re now on our second bottle with our four-month-old puppy. This product is amazing! Highly recommended!

This product has won me over! With six cats, there’s always a mess. I use it for my special needs kitty’s litter box, and she keeps using it correctly. It tackles cat vomit stains on my chair covers and even spilled wine on my tablecloth. Just a note…it’s not for glass surfaces; it removed smudges from my window but left streaks. I’ve used it on wood furniture and floors, and it made them shiny! Just do a spot check first.

this has outperformed all other products and remedies for my female cat that sprays on walls and baseboards. tt has significantly reduced her spraying by neutralizing the odor. If you have a spraying cat, I highly recommend trying this product

Eliminates odoors effectively, but it doesn’t clean well. I’d buy it again just for its deodorizing properties.
