I had high hopes for this product to tackle some stubborn older stains on my beige carpet, but unfortunately, I didn’t notice any improvement even after soaking it thoroughly and allowing it to sit. It does perform reasonably well on fresh urine and feces stains, which is a plus. I’m also pleased that it has a subtle citrus scent…just a light fragrance if you get close…meaning it’s not merely masking the odors but likely working with its enzymes to neutralize them. However, I can’t give it more than 3 stars because I tried it on a day-old urine stain on my white bed ruffle where my dog had marked his territory. Despite blotting after treatment, the product left a significant water ring on the bed ruffle, much larger than the original stain. I wouldn’t consider repurchasing it.

This product is highly effective with a pleasant scent that eliminates urine odors. Using my special light, I see the stains fade after applying the spray, which reassures me that my dog is less likely to mark that spot again. I’ve already bought another bottle.

Our dog roams freely and sometimes prefers the carpet to the pee pads, so we go through cleaners quickly. This one effectively lifts stains onto a paper towel. It has a strong chemical scent up close, but it doesn’t linger after use. To me, it doesn’t smell citrusy.
