Things are going well. I can take off the covers to wash but the cushion inside still retains the urine odor. The spray has helped to eliminate that.

Absolutely love this product. Just as described and works perfectly. Carpet stains vanish without a trace, and there’s no lingering scent. It has a light citrus fragrance that quickly fades. Very effective for cat box odors!

We previously found this product satisfactory, but the latest bottle with active enzymes had minimal effect, especially on tile and grout in a bathroom corner. Disappointing. UPDATE: I received a personal response from the company. Although it didn’t perform well this time, it has worked effectively before. Their exceptional customer service exceeds expectations. I recommend trying them; they offer quality products.
