The instructions for this product were unclear. I know it’s just citrus acid and safe to ingest, but I need guidance on cleaning ice machines. I emptied the ice bin and reservoir, replaced the drain plug, poured about a third of the bottle into the water filler port, and filled the reservoir with water. After setting it to cleaning mode, I let it cycle several times. I then drained the cleaning water, cleaned the drain hole with a straw brush, replaced the plug, and filled the reservoir with fresh water. I ran the clean cycle again, emptied the reservoir, added more water, and tried making ice. The ice is clearer and better tasting, but I still have issues: the cascade tray has a dead spot, and water drips from the feeder above the forming grid. I’m using the residential Ecosy ice maker – Zinny
