ACTIVE Distiller Cleaner can be used with any water distiller, electric or traditional kettle, or water boiler.
Minerals and limescale cause more than just unsightly lines in distiller pots and kettles – they can affect the taste of your water and even cause premature wear on the appliance itself.
Unplug the distiller or kettle appliance. Fill the tank with water to reach above the mineral line.
Add 2 scoops of ACTIVE Distiller Cleaner powder to the tank.
Leave the distiller to sit overnight or for at least 12 hours. This allows enough time for the cleaner to penetrate the residue.
Use a soft bristle brush (not metal) to lightly scrub inside the tank and any other areas where visible residue remains.
Empty the dirty water from the tank and rinse it out with clean water. Your distiller is now clean and ready to use!

I’ve seen a lot, but this prodct truly surprised me. I dislike vinegar’s smell and only de-scale my kettle when necessary. The usual method involves boiling a vingar solution, letting it sit, re-boiling, scrubbing away lime scale, and then dumping it, followed by boiling water to eliminate the odor. It’s a tedious routine that makes my kitchen smell awful. But I tried 100% pure Citric Acid. I boiled water in my kettle and added two scooops of citric acid. To my amazement, all the lime scale vanished instantly! I wish I had taken a before picture, but the after is spotless. I even used the soluion to clean the spout with a toothbrush. I rinsed with water and there was no lingering smell. I’m done with vinegar and plan to use this de-scaler in my dishwasher next. With 2 lbs of product, I’m set for a while. 5 Stars!

I used this cleaner on a glass bottle stained with tea for a long time, and it almost completely removed the stains, restoring the bottle’s appearance. It’s quite effective and easy to use, with clear instructions on the packaging. However, I can’t fully endorse it at $35 when other citric acid-based cleaners cost about half that. Since they likely offer similar effectiveness, this one feels overpriced. If the price drops, it could be a strong option.

I used this on my Keurig K-Cup brewer and large coffee percolators, and it works wonders. My Keurig feels brand new again…just be sure to flush it out thoroughly afterwards. I combined it with needle cleaning K-cups for optimal results. I mixed 2 tablespoons of the powder with hot water in the reservoir and let it cool before running a brew cycle, followed by two rinses. The percolators hadn’t been cleaned in years, but after using this, the coffee quality improved immediately. It cleaned the essential parts effectively, and I received compliments on the coffee afterward. The equipment is spotless, and everything tastes fantastic. Just remember to rinse well before brewing.

This cleaner worked wonders on my glass kettle within minutes of adding it to boiling water. After letting it sit overnight, the mineral buildup disappeared, and the glass became much clearer. I was looking for something to clean my rosewill water boiler. unfortunately the company either no longer carries this product/cleaner and i needed more for future use. I came across a video from a Jason Minor and I thought the video was presented quite well and informative. so I bought this Distiller Descaler citric Acid cleaner in hopes that it would work as well as Jason showed in the video. I was excited and wanted to try it, but i had already cleaned my unit. Had a thought, wonder if this would work on my cat’s metal water dish as i was ready to throw them out. curiosity got the better of me. I put about 1/2 a scoop into a dish with hot water and let it soak for about 30 to 45 min. The results were amazing in that amount of time. was a Wow factor. So this morning I thought lets do this again only a little bit more of the cleaner and more amount of hot water. Figured I should cover it this time. So what to use.. ah ha, an ideas, i used the other bowl to cover it. OMG! WOW!. make sure water was hotter, leveled up to fairly close to the brim of bowl place the other bowl on top. walked away and let it set for about 3 hours. AMAZING!!!!!!!! gets even better here! Both Both bowls got cleaned! Would I recommend this product? OH YEAH!!!!!! I would have liked to have been able to send a before and after but looks like your site only allows one photo.
