How to Clean Up Pet Messes With ACTIVE

Spray the Stain

Remove pets from the treatment area. Test the spray on a small, discrete area to ensure it doesn’t cause discoloration.

If you are dealing with solid messes like feces or vomit, pick up as much of the waste as possible before spraying.

Carpets & Fabrics: Spray the affected area and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Indoor Hard Surfaces: Spray the area and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Outdoor Surfaces & Concrete: Spray the affected area and allow it to soak in for 15-20 minutes. A scrub brush may be used to work in the solution.

Soak Up the Solution

After the cleaning solution has sat, it’s time to soak up any remaining liquid.

Carpets & Fabrics: Blot the stained area with a sponge or rag. A carpet cleaner or wet vacuum can also be used if available.

Indoor Hard Surfaces: Wipe up the area with a towel or rag.

Outdoor Surfaces & Concrete: Wash the area with clean water if possible. Or use a damp clean rag to wipe up the area.

Allow the Area to Dry

To avoid skin irritation, ensure the sprayed area has dried completely before allowing pets or kids to return.

Fans can be used to decrease drying time.

Multiple Treatments May Be Required

For stubborn odors like cat urine or heavily stained areas, multiple treatments may be needed. Simply repeat the instructions above.

If you are unsure about the material, we recommend testing the spray on a small, discrete area to test for color fastness. If the test area looks good after drying, move on to spraying the main soiled area.

How soon can the area be used after spraying?

Once the sprayed area has fully dried, you can resume normal use with pets or children present.

This cleaner is excellent for eliminating stains and odors. With two dogs and two cats, it’s a lifesaver to have this product on hand. It can be applied to any material and has a pleasant scent. The cleaner is user-friendly and dries quickly. It effectively tckles stains and also performs well on a variety of other tpyes of stains, not just pet-related ones.
