I had three identical white shirts, one stained with tomato juice. I tried everything to remove the stains but failed. I sprayed a new product, rubbed it in, and let it sit overnight. After washing, I couldn’t identify the stained shirt because the stains were completely gone. I didn’t use the dryer, just in case it didn’t function.

With multiple kids, I hoped the Messy Kids Stain Remover Spray – 3 Pack 4oz would tackle some tough stains, but it fell short. It didn’t budge an ink mark on a neon yellow shirt or red pasta sauce on a blue shirt, even after scrubbing. However, it worked well on fresh ketchup and mud stains. Overall, it’s decet for new stains but not effective on older ones. At least it didn’t discolor any of the clothing.

Recently, I tried a grout whitening kit that worked decently, but I found some dark spots where the grout was actually missing. To address this, I opted for the GleamGlee Tile Grout Repair Kit, which seemed simpler than redoing all the grout around my 6″ x 4″ tiles. The kit includes two tubes of grout filler, masking tape, and smoothing tools. After masking off a section, I applied the filler. It cured overnight but felt rough to the touch, raising concerns about dirt and mildew. The liquid consistency surprised me; it was more like thin paint than caulk. I recommend having rags handy, as it can be messy. Overall, it’s a simpler solution than a complete re-grout.

Ten dollars for a product that’s not even as effective as a Tide pen? I tried it on stubborn food stains that had been through the dryer, and while it might have helped a bit, I can’t be sure it wasn’t just my imagination. As for those mystery stains that appear after washing? This product did nothing. For those, I recommend hydrogen peroxide with a vibrating toothbrush for pretreatment, plus oxyclean and borax in the wash. You’ll get way more for about the same priceand and it actually works!
