And that involves using a paste of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide.
Simply apply the paste to the stains and let it sit for a minimum of 10 minutes. Then, use a soft brush or sponge to gently scrub the stains before rinsing thoroughly with water.
Black stuff in your jets can be a common issue, particularly if your tub hasn’t been cleaned in a while.

I feel a bit hesitant to share this review, but here it goes. As a stay-at-home mom, I’m cleaning constantlyand it’s just part of my daily routine. I have a meticulous cleaning schedule that covers everything, even the baseboards. I know it might sound excessive, but that’s how I roll! We have a well-loved jetted tub, and I clean it regularly. I recently started using the dishwasher tablet method, thinking I was giving it a thorough clean. I was so wrong. The results left me both shocked and disgusted. I followed the instructions carefullyand measured out the cleaner, turned on the jets, and walked away. When the timer went off, I checked the water color, which has always been my indicator of cleanliness. What I saw was something I can’t unsee. The cleaner foamed up like a bubble bath, which was surprising, but then I realized it was working to break down the grime. The amount of dirt and debris floating on top of those bubbles was almost nauseating. I couldn’t believe how much came out! I’m still in disbelief. Now, I use this as a monthly maintenance routine, and I’m happy to say those jets are genuinely clean. Seriously, if you’re relying on dishwasher tabs, stop immediately and order this cleaner.

This product effectively removed a lot of grime. While I don’t use the jets often, they always seemed like they needed cleaning. The downside was the excessive foaming, which prevented me from running it the full time. I had to drain some water and let the bubbles settle before finishing. This product is user-friendly; just pour the liquid into the tub, turn on the jets, and wait 20 minutes. It worked well on my tub, though the bubbles overflowed quickly, so a more measured approach is needed. Still, the bubbles looked like a scene from the Cat in the Hat Comes Back, proving it did its job.

the instructions suggest 4 oz of cleaner for each use and running the jets for 15-20 minutes. the jets caused bubbles to overflow within minutes, so i’ll use less cleaner next time. overall, it’s going well, and i managed to remove some gunk.

A few years ago, we replaced our rarely used 1990s corner jacuzzi tub with a rectangular “stream” tub, which offers a milder experience. Surprisingly, we use the stream tub just as infrequentlyabout twice a year. Recently, I filled it up (remembering that the 20-minute fill time is a deterrent) and added 4 oz of cleaning solution. The bottle had protective wrapping, an inner seal, and measurement markings for easy pouring. I expected foam with soft water, but only saw a slight amount during the 15-minute cycle, possibly due to the lower turbulence from the stream jets. After draining, I found a residue ring and some grime from the return inlet. With towels and window cleaner, I cleaned it up, and it looks fantastic now. I’ll only need to do this once a year, so the bottle should last me seven years!

I bought this product to clean my jetted tub and followed the instructions. It cleaned well, but I couldnt run the jets for the suggested 15-20 minutes due to excessive bubbles. I frequently had to pause to scoop out bubbles or let them settle before restarting the jets.
