The package arrived opened, with the seam of the bag split during delivery, resulting in some product loss. After trying it out, I noticed the zip top doesnt seal properly. The product itself seems effectiveand I’ve only done one load so far, and there was no residue or noticeable odorand but the packaging is lacking.

I’ll provide another update in a month after tackling more laundry. It seems effective on some items, but unfortunately, it didn’t remove the armpit stains as demonstrated in the videos. I’ll continue using it to see if it improves! An updated review will follow.

The seller reached out after my review and promptly offered a full refund, showcasing great customer service. Unfortunately, the product isn’t as effective as promised. It requires soaking items for up to two hours in hot water, and even after that, I found minimal improvement in cleanliness. If you don’t have your own washer, this item may not be worth it.
